1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

2. The service

Dreamore provides interactive fiction creation, character performance and chat. Interactive features require registration. Pricing, product and legal pages require no account.

3. Membership and credits

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or withdrawn. Memberships (Lite, Pro, Ultra) raise the memory limit for 30 days without auto-renewal; repurchase manually. Credits are topped up by tier and spent on AI chat and template imports at listed prices. Limited Moments are promotional freebies, chat-only, expiring 30 days after grant. Template creators set template prices; a paid template charges once, re-imports by previous buyers are free.

4. Pricing and payments

Current prices are on the pricing page and may change with in-app notice; the price at checkout governs. Payments are processed by PayPal. Dreamore is the seller, and billing, invoices, taxes and payment methods are governed by PayPal's buyer terms. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered; duplicate charges are refunded after verification. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may refuse or cancel the order.

5. Acceptable use

AI chat is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Farming bonus credits across accounts, laundering Limited Moments, scraping, botting or attacking the service leads to enforcement up to termination including forfeiture of credit balances.

6. Your content

Worlds, characters, templates and messages you create remain yours. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process and display them to operate the service. Do not upload content you have no right to use; infringing content is removed on notice.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not break the law, harass users, disrupt the service, or circumvent access controls, fees and enforcement measures.

8. Enforcement

Violations may draw warnings, suspension or termination, each with its reason stated. Appeals: write to the support email within 30 days; every appeal is reviewed.

9. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability does not exceed the amounts actually paid in the 12 months before the claim. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. General

If any clause is invalid, the rest stand. Disputes first go to good-faith correspondence. Material changes are announced in-app; continued use counts as acceptance.
