Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed when you use Dreamore, whether or not you hold an account.

2. Legal basis

Consent (account data, support correspondence); contract necessity (operating the account and features you signed up for); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service integrity).

3. Data we collect

Account data: email, username, avatar. Content you create: worlds, characters, templates, chat messages. Wallet data: balances and transaction logs. Technical data: device type, OS, app language, error logs, IP addresses. Payment card data: never collected by us — payments are processed by PayPal.

4. AI processing

Chat inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate replies, under their terms. Chat content powers in-world memory features (summaries, relationships). We do not use chat content for advertising and do not sell it.

5. Sharing

Hosting and database providers; email delivery; AI model APIs; PayPal (payment processor). Each receives only what it needs to perform its service, under confidentiality obligations. No sale of personal data. Disclosure when required by law or valid legal process.

6. Retention

Account data for the life of the account. Chat and wallet records while active; erased on account deletion except where retention is legally required (e.g., financial records for tax). Backups age out on rotation.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, export, deletion and consent withdrawal — write to the support email; response within 30 days. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Encrypted transport, access controls, least-privilege credentials. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected breaches to the support email.

9. Cookies and local storage

The web app keeps preferences and session data in browser local storage. No third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children

Dreamore is not directed at children under 13. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 are deleted on notice, with their data.

11. Changes

Material changes are announced in-app; continued use after they take effect counts as acceptance.
